McCain's Website

Given the number of times that John McCain tells reporters to look on his website for policy details (is he being efficient with his time? curt? or does he not know the details?), one would think that site would actually have relevant information (and be well-designed. but that's another post).
But just now, I watched McCain talking with Joe Scarborough about his attack ad accusing Obama of supporting sex education for kindergarten students. Asked to support this position, he said, "Read the language of the bill on my website. It's all there."
Well, I just spent a good amount of time trying to find said bill, and was unsuccessful. Shouldn't the bill that he is encouraging others to read be prominently displayed on the site to dispel any further accusations of lying about Obama's record?
